Privacy policy
KlaimPesawat is run by [COMPANY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you ask us to claim flight compensation, and how we look after it.
What we collect
- The WhatsApp messages you send us, including your name and WhatsApp number.
- Your booking confirmation and each passenger's boarding pass or e-ticket.
- A photo of each adult passenger's ID card or passport.
- One Indonesian bank account for the payout: bank name, account number and account holder's name.
- The documents you sign (the assignment of your claim and the power of attorney), with the time, WhatsApp number, device and IP address when you signed.
This website uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. The "Am I covered?" check runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
What we use it for
- Checking whether you're likely owed compensation.
- Filing and chasing the claim with the airline and, if needed, passing it to a partner law firm.
- Sending the compensation to your bank account.
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations.
We only collect what the airline asks for or what we need to pay you. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- ID, passport and boarding-pass photos: deleted when the claim closes.
- The claim record, signed documents and message history: kept for 6 years after the claim closes, for legal and accounting reasons.
- If you ask us but don't go ahead with a claim: your messages and details are deleted after 90 days.
Who else processes your data
- The airline concerned, and a partner law firm if the claim needs to go to court.
- Cloudflare: storage for data and documents, and this website.
- Meta (WhatsApp): the messages between you and us.
- Wise: sending money to your account.
Some of these providers store data outside Indonesia. [LEGAL BASIS FOR TRANSFERS ABROAD — TO BE FILLED IN AFTER LEGAL REVIEW].
